Old Three Dog Night song, Out in the Country. The Youtube visuals are very fitting for the lyrics.
Out In The Country
Whenever I need to leave it all behind
Or feel the need to get away
I find a quiet place, far from the human race
Out in the country
Before the breathin' air is gone
Before the sun is just a bright spot in the nighttime
Out where the rivers like to run
I stand alone and take back somethin' worth rememberin'
Whenever I feel them closing in on me
Or need a bit of room to move
When life becomes too fast, I find relief at last
Out in the country
Before the breathin' air is gone
Before the sun is just a bright spot in the nighttime
Out where the rivers like to run
I stand alone and take back somethin' worth rememberin'
Before the breathin' air is gone
Before the sun is just a bright spot in the nighttime
Out where the rivers like to run
I stand alone and take back somethin' worth rememberin'
Before the breathin' air is gone
Before the sun is just a bright spot in the nighttime
Out where the rivers like to run
I stand alone and take back somethin' worth rememberin'
Before the breathin' air is gone
Before the sun is just a bright spot in the nighttime...
I stand alone...

Battling the bloom
An algae bloom is choking large stretches of the coastline along the city of Qingdao in eastern China. The Olympic sailing competition, which is scheduled to be held in the area, is threatened by the growth.
With less than six weeks before it plays host to the Olympic sailing regatta, the city has mobilized thousands of people and an armada of small boats to clean up the algae bloom
Workers cleaning up the algae bloom in Qingdao on June 24. The country's official news agency, Xinhua, has reported that algae covers a third of the coastal waters designated for the Olympic competition.
Many coastal Chinese cities dump untreated sewage into the sea, but officials in Qingdao this week said pollution and poor water quality did not have a "substantial link" to the current algae outbreak. Instead, scientists blame the bloom on increased rainfall and warmer waters in the Yellow Sea
Swimmers wading through the algae at Qingdao on June 24. Yuan Zhiping, an official with the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Committee, said Sunday that the government would attempt to block algae from floating into the Olympic sailing area by installing a fenced perimeter in the sea that is more than 50 kilometers, or 30 miles, long
State media reported that 100,000 tons of the algae had already been taken out of the water. Much of it was being transported to farms as feed for pigs and other animals, according to news reports

Undated image released by the Prado Museum in Madrid made available Friday July 4, 2008, of the the painting titled 'Colossus' (Coloso) by Francisco de Goya y Lucientes'. For years Spain's famed Prado museum has had its suspicions. Now it is certain: One of its most prized Goyas is not a Goya after all. The bombshell announcement about the Colossus (Coloso), a large-size work depicting the torso of a giant bursting through the clouds as he marches above a village of terrified people and animals, is causing a furor among experts.

Dry Times
Cars stop for pedestrians crossing a major avenue in Brasilia, Brazil. A new "dry law" in Brazil
forbids drivers from consuming any alcohol and has caused a reduction of alcoholic beverage sales
in pubs and restaurants. Under the zero tolerance law, those who drive a vehicle after consuming
even one glass of beer will be fined $597 and have their drivers license suspended for one year.
