Yeah...riiiiight. Rolling Eyes

Was his statement found to be true, or false?

Deepak cleared him from suspicion when he admitted that the HI drop-off/guard story was bullshit.

Damn that Deepak!!

No he didn't.
MJ may have been cleared (I didn't hear that he was), but neither the arrest, nor the release, had anything to do with the 3 boys.

Deepak never said it was MJ.
deepak described a (singular) SG.
Not 2. ALE arrested 2.
And the uniform that MJ wore, was not the same as that was described by Deepak. ALE had their own reasons for arresting those 2 SG's.

Then why did Deepak apologize to one of the guards in jail? If the 3 main suspects at the time told the beach story first AJ and MJ would not have been arrested!

Jansen released MJ and AJ from detention after Deepak's admission that the HI drop-off was a lie. The OM had no reason to hold them any longer and never presented anything to either attorney for AJ or MJ ....beyond the words of the Kalpoes statement regarding the drop off/guard story for suspicion to detain them. The OM never presented anything further to a Judge to detain them any longer, nor to release them.....they just cut them loose based on Deepak's admission.

It's pretty clear why they were arrested originally. Very Happy

AJ and MJ were arrested because KJ and Startten could not beleive one of their own would do such a bad thing. SO much easier to balme the black guy.

"It is likely it may have been a police strategy to let these three men go to gather more information," Ruben Trapenberg, spokesman for the Aruba government, told FOX News Thursday morning.

"The three witnesses gave information about the two guys [already in custody] and that is why they were held. If one of those two has an alibi, then the story [given by the three witnesses] doesn't fit and therefore the two may then be released depending on the proof."

Did Ruben (Aruban Govt. Spokesperson) hear that from Beth too? Cool

I don't know about Aruba, but in the United States it is against the law to interfere in an investigation. And that is what they did. It does not matter if they were desperate or not, it is illegal. Period. As it should be.

Does the means justify the end?
Not in my world.
And it is a despicable and dishonest way to live.
And anyone that lives that way is despicable and dishonest.
And that is the overall theme of what I have seen from Beth and her associates- No Integrity. None.

Also the way you feel about J2K?

I assume it's not the cartoon that they think is funny, it's you, beating a dead horse.

To beat a dead horse: to waste time doing something that has already been attempted.
An action that has no purpose, because no matter how hard or how long you beat a dead horse, it is not going to get up and run.

But there are very weird people in the world. Look at Joran's mother, and how sneeky she and her helpers accuse Beth.

Brrrrr

It would be terrible to be standing in Beth's shoes, but some people have no scrupules to kick Beth in her back, as if it is not bad enough, a lost daughter and a selfish family doing everything to blame her.

NOT TRUE - you do not have a clue as usual.

and you do beat the ole horse that is for sure.
