Couture designer Thierry Mugler was once a handsome designer but now goes by the name Manfred. But once he began taking steroids and turning into a veiny muscle-bound creature he has named “Manfred,” his good looks have been decimated thanks to Thierry’s misadventures in plastic surgery, as the Queerty blog called them. The 59-year old fashion icon has tanned, taut skin pulled tightly across his unusually muscular body and his face is also much more square and rough looking than it used to be. Thierry looks like he may have had a rhinoplasty to make his nose appear shorter and more rugged. Overall, his face is forehead looks to be free of wrinkles, which may be due to Botox. However, the picture is from a distance, so it is hard to tell. One thing is certain though, his body is not natural and is reminiscent of Carrot Top’s body, who is another plastic surgery victim
