remind everyone that we have not achieved our primary objective in this
investigation…
o WE HAVE NOT LOCATED LITTLE CAYLEE ANTHONY.
• We, for the sake of Caylee’s grand parents, her loved ones, and those on
every level who have worked this case, will continue to do everything we
possibly can to recover little Caylee …
• Speaking strictly as a father… A day doesn’t pass where I wish the
evidence we have gathered in this case didn’t add up to the painfully
obvious… sadly, I can not change the facts surrounding this
investigation.
• In closing I ask that those in our community who have taken the
disappearance of little Caylee personally, to respect the privacy of the
Anthony family.
• The Grand Jury has concluded that little Caylee is deceased and their
daughter has been indicted in her death. |

I found something VERY INTERESTING here. On the E-pass statement for George's car, shows on July 15th (the day Cindy made the 911 call) that he checked at the "Airport" at 5:14, then Goldenrod (near home) at 5:17, it also shows Cindy's car on July 15th at the "Airport" at 5:17, this means that she was following right behind him where ever he was coming from. I do not actually mean at the airport, this is just the name of the toll booth that they went thru. INTERESTING as George says he was at work til 10 that evening........hmmmmmmm.....I see no E-pass records for Casey's car in these reports, just Cindy and George's....Georges shows the following:
July 15th Airport 2:29pm
Beeline 2:32 pm
Beeline 5:10 pm
Airport 5:14 pm
Goldenrod 5:17pm wonder if George was out dealing with Caylee's body during these 3 hrs??? Remember, this was the day that they got the car home.......

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- On Thursday, the Orange County Sheriff's Office released seven DVD's containing more than 300 minutes worth of audio from Casey Anthony's jail visits.
The audio includes all of Casey Anthony's visits, including those with her brother Lee and her parents, George and Cindy.
Each DVD contains 45 minutes of audio.
FOX 35 reporters are gathering the materials at the Corrections Administration Building. Check back for updates on this story.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- On Sunday evening, the grandmother of missing Orlando toddler Caylee Marie Anthony spoke with FOX 35 about the State of Florida's decision not seek the death penalty in the first degree murder case against her daughter, Casey Anthony.
"I don't think they have much of a case at all," said Cindy following a candlelight vigil for Caylee at the Eastside Baptist Church in Orlando. "I don't think they have a death penalty case at all, so I wasn't surprised."
She added that the whole notion of raising a death penalty case against her daughter was ridiculous. "I think we should be out there looking for Caylee and not focused on a few lies Casey told to the Sheriff's Office.
The evidence will speak for itself."
The Orange County State Attorney's Office said in a news release late Friday that "it is not in the best interest of the people of the state of Florida" to pursue the death penalty against 22-year-old Casey Anthony.
The statement by assistant prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick gave no further information on the decision. E-mails to a court spokesman were not immediately returned.
Anthony has pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder, child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators about the disappearance of her daughter. She faces life in prison if convicted.
Caylee Anthony was last seen in June but her mother did not report her missing until July. The child's grandmother first called authorities in July to say she hadn't seen Caylee for a month and her daughter's car smelled like death.
The toddler has not been found.
