Joran case, "Aruba brothel for judges"
Joran case, "Aruba brothel for judges"
Published by Micha Kat September 23, 2008 in General.
Of the situation in Aruba, I know what the extent to which there are many higher-ups be spoiled by mostly Colombian whores. And everybody knows everybody, so .... It would surprise me if Joran's father doesn't have compromising information about key people in police and judiciary had, so that he can blackmail them.
Wichers says' the court rammende 'Wedzinga in an email to this website which previously was quoted on this site because the former councilor in the same mails Mr Donner and Hirsch Ballin described as permanent visitors of an SM club in Breda. Currently, the 'Slootjes "weather plenty of interest because through a publication in De Telegraaf now the focus is again focused on the "judge in training" Paul van der Sloot. The "Emmy" for Peter R. de Vries for his "Joran broadcast" indicates that it is a hot topic once again. This site has always said that father-Sloot is the key to solving the mystery-Holloway, but that Paul protection is taken by the judiciary because of his knowledge of the sexual excesses of the men (and women) judges of "the islands. " Worse: Paul was a kind of "sexual Maitre the plaisir" for the judges guild which should ensure that the magistrates had enough kicks! The unveiling of Wedzinga that judges in Aruba to go outside to sex with Colombian hookers is grist to the mill of this hypothesis.
The moral of this story: the case will never be solved because all the senior gentlemen to over and under their toga in the sexual dredging have become entangled! If justice had the matter seriously want to tackle, that was already long done and were father and son Van der Sloot already long and wide behind bars!

Translation - posted by Lazlo at RU
Bob Wit defends himself in Bon Dia.
(For sure translation faults, but on or about what it says is the following)
Ex Head Commissar Bob Wit defends his actions in the Holloway case.
-Willemstad- "I have acted correct procedure wise in the case of Natalee Holloway, The ex Head Commissaris in the affair, Bob Wit tells about the procedures that took place fast in the first days of the investigation. During one week, Mr Wit who's avenue is affiliated with the Court of Justice of the Caribbean, has functioned as a Head Commissar in the case here.
On Aruba the Chief of investigation in the time when Gerald Dompig was the Head Commissar, did not approve of the search of the house of the parents of Van Der Sloot as part of the investigation and had obstructed the investigation (?). The investigation of the Dutch crime investigator Peter R. de Vries, has came to the same conclusion. It was remarkable in the case that after the Dutch group of investigators had joined the case they were allowed to search the territory of the family. The impression was given also because it was the deal of a functionnaire who was learning to become Head, felt he had to protect the privacy of the family. Paul van der Sloot, father of Joran van der Sloot after having become a suspect in the case. ....... (no idea)
Mr Wit, had to decide in an instant about the search of where Joran's father lived, and made the decision to allow the search of the apartment of Joran van der Sloot and also in the two cars of the family.
At no moment they had (asked?) to search more then that. A Head Commisar cannot do otherwise, because the petition has to be substantial. Another word is by having allowed to search at other places that were not covered by the petition of the OM all evidence eventually obtained would be illegal. This is very significant since dealing with the case ourselves we had to work in a correct manner, Mr Wit says.
The ex Head Commissar also says by having dealt with the case himself the suspicions against Van Der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers is strong.
I had concluded from the dossier there had been various contradictions in their declarations. But that is not enough to succeed in a conviction. In a case where no the remains are found in order to treat it as a crime you have to have additional material such as a witness who has seen it happen or traces of blood that for example can be tested for DNA, so the Magistrate tells.
For one thing is, the case itself, Mr Wit says that even after time has passed one can still prosecute the suspects. I have seen often in my work the instant good new information comes up that can throw a new light on a case that was unsolved, so Mr Witt is commenting. The Ministry Public in Aruba has announced this the week that the case here ....of a "crime" is 7 years for murder and 10 years for premeditated murder.
-----------
Chief Dompig stated repeatedly that they requested to search the entire compound. Said it was still on their "wish list" as did Karen Janssen.
The above and the stated desire to search the entire compound can't both be true as they are in direct contradiction of each other.
Someone has to be lying in this.
Note it took involvement of KLPD two years too late to ever get the whole Sloot residence searched so that would tend toward ALE/OM being the ones telling the truth that they asked to search it in its entirety.
So why has there been no investigation of this highly inappropriate ruling by Wit?

Did Joran have to supply one for the higher ups? Nice to see that some of Joran fellow countrymen thinks he belongs in prison!

Not so sure about that. Ballin is one of the Ministers of Justice in Netherlands, is he not? He has said much along the same lines as this author.

Hirsch Ballin is the Minister of Justice In The Netherlands.
He never said what Mischa Kat is saying in this article.
Kat does not know a damn thing about Aruba and is just telling ridiculous
stories.

Seems more about judges and Colombia than about Aruba. There have been other sources saying similar things attributed to Ballin.
But being Minister of Justice I would think Ballin in a very unique position to prevent this kind of misquoting from happening. So if untrue, would expect a retraction and pronto. Not a wise man who would slander a Minister of Justice, right?

Oh I see now what happened by reading the article again.
Mallory it is really a bad translation and that's why you misunderstand a couple of things.

I read the Dutch article also.
Now I understand completely.
To make a long story short:
Wedzinga, a former judge, wrote emails in which he slanders Ballin and Donner(former minister of Justice). Kat does mention these emails.
Wedzinga was convicted for physical abuse of his girlfriend and therefore lost his position as a judge. And I think there was more. But anyway since that time he is slandering everybody in the judicial department and he has now a case against him because of the slandering.
Misha Kat does actually the same.( slander) He has a history also.
