Don't thank me! I just started asking, and a poster stepped up to the plate. Like I said, everything was the wrong word, but there will be a lot of the posts.. I am just the go between.

Isn't it true, computer savy people, that you really can't delete anything from you computer unless you totally destroy the hard drive? |
I would like to know the answer about the RWV threads also. I had done a lot of research with transcripts, etc. I did not save because they were there to refer back to. That is really low for Dan to just remove EVERYTHING that we have all contributed to for nearly a year!!! |
I don't think this is supposed to be a secret...
The vast majority of RWV case-related content is pouring on to my disk
at this very moment. Somebody else saved it all and is in the process of
transferring it to me to examine with an eye toward making an archive
similar to the one we already have of the original Refugees site. This is
a huge task - one does not just copy an entire site today and slap it up
somewhere else tomorrow and expect it to work. There's a few hundred-
thousand links to be considered, advertising code in all the pages that is
tied to Dan's accounts, linked off-site and on-site images to be dealt with,
and so on and so forth.
Bottom line - there is a better than 50/50 chance that all the relevant
RWV content will turn up here on a week or two. Depends on how much
and how fast I want to work for free.

If these files I'm receiving now are what I think they are, we don't need any
contributions from others because what I'm getting will be complete.
Your body? I already own that for the 200+ hours spent on the Refs archive,
don't I ?
