or ruth is

not telling the truth. i read the quote i put up as ruth being there when he showed up. i did not neglect anything. i merely pointed out a contrast. and why would ruth walk off and leave a shitfaced and out of control natalee to the wolves? and who came back the their hotel room at like 3:22 and 3:36 and did not notice that natalee was not there and then waited to the next morning to do anything about it? or maybe she was there.

And maybe another, last "run" for nose candy was in order, i.e., "she left with known drug dealers"...once the stuff runs out desperation and "jonesing" sets in and some are very likely to do things they would never do in a normal state of mind.

Deepak needs 25 minutes to get from beach to his home to log on at 2am.
That means he would have left Joran and Natalee on the beach at 1:35am.
At 1:18am Deepak’s car is seen around C&C.
They go to Joran’s apartment. Time 1:23am
They go to the lighthouse. Time 1:28am.
They go to Fisherman’s Hut time 1:38am
2K go home to be on pc by 2:00am.
It’s a close call. No stops just driving.
Yet we know Deepak got out by lighthouse to pee.
I do not see how it’s possible for 2K to be home by 2am.
Could the pc time clock have been changed?
Did not 2K mother say I thought they were home closer to 3am?

Deepak needs 25 minutes to get home? On a sunday night with no cars on the street I can drive to Deepak's house and come back in less than 30 minutes.

Thats why I said 25 minutes and you agree less than 30 minutes. So for Deepak to be home bt 2am he must leave Natalee and Joran on the beach
by 1:35am. If Deepaks car was seen at 1:18am by C&C that gives him 17
minutes to travel from C&C, to Joran's apartment, to the lighthouse
then to the beach. Something about this timeline just does not fit!

What ever way you slice it its a tight fit.
From 1:18am outside C&C to 2:00am home for 2k.
In between stops at Joran's apartment, lighthouse and beach.
42 minutes.

So 1:18am 5 minutes to Joran's apartment. Time 1:23am
5 minutes to lighthouse. Time 1:28am.
10 minutes to beach. Time 1:38am.
15 minutes home. Time 1:53am.

No breaks just driving. No talking in front of Joran's apartment.
Well do you want to go in? Yes. says Natalee. Joran I do not
want to wake my father up even though I have a sepaerate
apartment and he can not hear me. Yet when I get home later I log
on to the family pc get a bite to eat my father does not wake up.

Oh well off to the lighthouse. Nothing to do here. Wait Deepak
gets out and pee. We better bring Natalee back to the hotel. Instead of going back do yo want to walk along the beach with me. Yes. They
end up on the beach. 2k go home failing to score but having a great time
as tour guide!

I guess this is how it must have happened for those that believe
J2K! JMO!

Oh thank you. Have you dont that and do you have an idea of the driving times?

Doc, since I see that you got plenty of info since then, I won’t post data from Google Earth.

It’s really a pleasure to see a hard fact based discussion going on here at RU, like the material and investigative approach at the website: http://member.telpacific.com.au/rolyroper/NataleeHolloway/page07.htm

Some here have speculated on alternate theories, based on such apparent facts as that there are supposedly no witnesses to the beach scene or the car’s route.

As we try to assign probabilities to various alternate theories, does anyone know what facts, if any, that the supposed disposal by boat at sea theory was based on ?

Today at 1pm I drove from CNC to Montanja in 6 minutes and 30 seconds. I had to wait nearly a minute at one intersection and the roundabout was backed up about 6 cars deep. I never drove faster than 28 mph at any given time.

At 1:20 am on a Sunday night, there is not a car in sight after you leave the vicinity of CnC.

All of this also gives more credence to the very real theory and possible fact that these three (J2K) did nothing more than ride Natalee around after "getting some" by Joran, left her exactly where he said he left her. The timelines give much more credence and validity to the fact that they did nothing to harm Natalee and really do not know what happened to her after that fateful encounter. Man, thinking back to my youth and the stupid things I did with girls, this has got to be the worst nightmare of any person to be thrust into the international spotlight for picking up a girl who eventually disappears. Any which way this is analyzed, J2K come out looking more and more innocent, IMO.

O/T: Need2Know, we tried your chili recipe a few days ago ( Posted: Fri Feb 02, 2007 8:13 am, “What’s for dinner” Thread ). Thanks for the recipe. It’s a delicious subtle mixture of many intriguing flavors. I highly recommend that others try it.

So C&C to Montanja I guess is Joran's apartment is less than 5 minutes.
So 1:18 Deepaks car is still by C&C. So do you want to say at
1:21 they arrive at Jorans apartment. From the apartment they go to the lighthouse. I guess a Sunday night drive would be like 7 minutes.
So at 1:28am they are at the lighthouse. Than another 12 minutes
to the beach to get at the beach by 1:40am. Gives Deepak 15 minutes
to get home at 1:55am. I guess its all doable on a sunday night.
So the question is how come no one has come foward to claim they
have seen Natalee and Joran on the beach? Either the crowd as per Joran or the fisherman that said they did not see them. Would like someone to back up beach story. After all the hotel story was a lie
who is to say the beach story was not a lie?

We can also ask why no one has come forward to claim that they saw the car at Joran's appartment. Neighbors and eyewitnesses did not see the car there.... except for HMI that created that story that they saw the car inside and some jumped over the fence to get the license plate... 24 hours later... maybe you're confused.

And not that good in math.... 5 minutes from CnC starting from appr. 1.18 will not get you there at appr. 1.21

And it definitely would not take me 12 whole minutes from Lighthouse (if we go with your theory) to get to the beach.... just approximately 5-6 minutes.

What are legal the consequences in Aruba for the lies such as HMI perpetrated?

If the Twitty circus can file in US courts against J2K, can J2K file against HMI in Aruba courts?

In theory guilty of libel/slander/stalking. In practice they get away with it.

libel/slander/stalking are in the penal code, you don't file such things in court but at the police. The police hands it over to the prosecutor who will toss it.

We are talking prosecutors who handle the principle of opportunity , I am LOL here just like I would if someone asked me: What are legal the consequences in Amsterdam for the theft of bikes such as junks perpetrated?

Under civil law you have a catchall article "unlawful act" whith which you can sue for almost all anything and everything, but damages will unlikely exceed the amount you can show receipts for.

That reminds me of a former friend of mine who had his car broken
into while visiting Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee. The perps stole
all his clothing and a few personal items. This guy was a cheap bastard
and all his stuff was probably bought second hand, including his clothes.

Well, when he made a claim for reimbursement of his stolen property,
he went to the most expensive shops in town and got prices for top of
the line trousers, shirts, coats etc etc etc. The guy made a killing on
about $200 worth of possessions for which he received damages in the
amount of over $3,000.

I really really really wanted to rat the little shit out Laughing Fit 1

Thinking back on the 302...

Did ALE ever identify the man on the bus? Was he interviewed?

Are people like this allowed on the tourist buses? Or, was he a person with special privledges? Related to someone in the tourism business?

One has to wonder if he was a local or tourist? If local, why would they be on the bus?

ETA: Since I've read that C&C have some kind of video security, were these two men identified? The men from the bus?

Were they in any of the tourist pictures?
