The question referred to non-members of the tour. I've read several things about the party bus tours, and the fact that young males, not of the tour group are allowed on with the tourists. I'll look for something to post.
When I've taken tours, the bus trips are usually limited to the tourists.

Not just Aruba, but elsewhere. Since I've been following this case, I've read of warnings regarding the buses and taxis of many places.
When I've taken bus tours, only those that are part of the tour are on the bus. After a few days, you come to know those that participate. Strangers stand out. MO

And here I thought as long as you paid to get on a bus that it was ok. Just because a group rents a bus doesnt mean if all seats arent taken the bus company doesnt have the right to sell additional seats does it? I know I was born and raised in a very touristy place and often time me and my friends (some of them black even omg) would get on tours bc we had friends working the tour. I worked for a tour company myself, two in fact at diff times, and often let my friends on them. So what?

Why did he go out if he was asleep at the time?
Was there a knock on the door by the "posse" after Charles Croes led them to the house?
Or did he go out because the posse, Charles Croes &, DEA Williams with the ALE in tow were outside sounding their siren?
Where's that "beach kid" at by this time...when did he get out of the car?

I know I wasn't clear as to my point, and I apologize. I was referencing the question I THOUGHT someone was thinking thru as to whether or not Natalee left with Joran or a stranger. I was purposely not getting into the "truth issue" other than in all the stories he said she left with him.
