beer cheese soup

one pint of half and half

velveta cheese ---use your judgement how thick you want soup

one can beer

dash of tabasco

heat half and half with velveta cheese-slow simmer do not burn . i seldom measure --just get cheese to be consistent with a cream soup -add beer and tobasco --simmer a bit you can adjust half and half to make more ----i am a go with flow cook.

they served this at a restraunt in orlando called 4th fighter group--it was on an airport --had glenn miller music and head phones to listen to pilots--i asked for recipe and waitress gave it to me --yummy. i just mix it and do not measure anything--use your own judgement for it

I just found this recipe -- looks easy and would be fantastic with shrimp added, or crawfish? or even oysters.
