Lisa Marie Presley Expecting Twins!
It's official: Lisa Marie Presley is expecting twins!
A week after Us Weekly broke the news, her mom Priscilla has confirmed it to Entertainment Tonight.
"She wanted it really to be kept a secret for a long time, you know, and I think women should, because they should be able to announce what they're having and when it's time to make the announcement," Priscilla tells ET.
Turns out, Lisa Marie's dad, Elvis, was a twin, and her mother, Priscilla, has younger brothers who are twins.
A source tells Us the singer, 40, and her husband, rocker Michael Lockwood, 47, will greet their babies in the fall.
A source close to Presley tells Us, "She's never been so happy!"
Lisa Marie who wed Lockwood in 2006 has two children from a previous marriage to Danny Keough.

Priscilla Presley Dishes on Lisa Marie's Twins!
Lisa Marie Presley broke the news to ET Tuesday that she's having twins with hubby Michael Lockwood, and now mom Priscilla Presley has the dish on her upcoming bundles of joy!
"It's her time to celebrate with her husband," Priscilla tells our own Mark Steines. "My daughter is a very family girl. She loves children, and I know that she and Michael have been hoping for this for a long time."
Priscilla says that twins run in the family "on Elvis' side and on my side too. I have twin brothers, and then, of course, Elvis had a twin brother [that died at birth]."
"You kind of start seeing double," she says with a laugh, adding that at home, "We don't say grandma, we say 'Nona' -- it means 'Grandma' in Italian. There's just such a connotation with Grandma and I just liked it better. [Lisa Marie's children] say it so sweet: 'Nona.'"
Over the weekend, Lisa Marie's rock star pal Pink threw a baby shower, and Priscilla says her baby radar is back, full-on!
"I'm looking at baby stores; I'm looking at all the incredible things that are out there today that I wish that were there during my time -- and makes life so much easier today," she explains. "It's just fun to have a baby!"

Lisa Marie Blogs ET's Praises
Earlier this week, ET broke the news that Lisa Marie Presley is expecting twins later this year. Now the songstress is blogging about her experience with "Entertainment Tonight."
"I have to say a couple of things that I feel are important to say right now.
"A few months ago, I did a quick interview with Entertainment Tonight and I Stuck my foot in my mouth and said that I was having twins by accident.
"I BEGGED them to edit that out and not say anything yet as I wasn't ready for it to be out there then, but that when I was , I would give it to them exclusively.
"They really could have ran with it but they said they would not.
"They actually kept their word which I found so refreshing, I couldn't believe it.
"I really want to thank them for that. They are one of the last remaining Entertainment news shows that has kept its dignity and high standards in the current morally degraded climate we are now in.
"In the past couple of years, high profile type people seem to have less and less rights , less privacy and protection. The onslaught of internet and tabloid sites mostly want only blood now. They have managed to make being a public figure a 24/7 public stoning and execution of various sorts. Some obviously more brutal than others.
"It is so nice that ET does not engage in that and that they still respect people , entertainers and artists. That they see and respect their value in society and still give them some dignity and respect.
"THANK YOU !!!!!!"

Believe it or not, I just read a magazine article about that on Saturday! I got my hair done and was leafing through all the mags at the shop. I forget exactly what it said, though.....I was mostly looking at the pics.

I don't know...but I hope not. I've heard enough of Priscilla every time I'm on this thread to last me for awhile.
I read that she likes to be called Nona cuz it sounds better than grandma and she's not taking getting older gracefully.
