BBQ Ribs
Get some babyback ribs and some disposable roaster pans. Take two slabs per pan and cover in good extra virgin olive oil on both sides and be generous. Take a spoonful of crushed garlic and spread on ribs (I use a bit more than a spoon ful). Then, shake on Montreal Steak Seasonings (buy at any grocery store) over fairly well. Cover the pan with aluminum foil, make sure a tight fit. Put into a preheated oven , 450 degrees. You can do up to two roaster pans (4 slabs). Keep in for 1 hours. Take out...but DO NOT UNCOVER THE RIBS!! Let them cool down then put into fridge for 24 hours. Take out and reheat on grill. Fat will be solid on ribs and as they reheat, the fat will baste the ribs. Put meat side down first. Turn ribs over and add BBQ sauce.
This is how the recipe was given to me. Although, I cook them in the oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I like the meat to be seaparated from the bone when I put them on the grill. Your oven may vary....so I adjusted the time on mine. I also used convection and still left them in for 1 hour and 15 minutes....and they turned out great! You have to get your hands dirty with this....rub in the olive oil and it has to be the real good EVOO. I also rub in the garlic. Your home will smell so good...that is if you like garlic....but man are these ribs great! I use Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce...YUMMY!

Sounds good, AC! We LOVE Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce! We especially love the vidalia onion flavor but that is sometimes hard to find.
