Its real easy...
Don't drink 24-7, don't go off with strangers, make sure your friends are really your friends, and that your family members give a damn.
The end. |
....and if you happen to neglect to follow one or more of "your" tips, then what? It is that person's fault if someone decides to make them "disappear" and no one has the right to question or find out what has become of them?
I don't think so.

That advice is sorely lacking for anyone traveling in a foreign country.

It seems to me you are far more concerned with Natalee's physical remains rather than Natalee the person. The fact she od'd and killed herself seems to be secondary to her remains. It just seems to me if someone dies, does anything else much matter?
I don't understand your priorities.

I don't think a fortysumthin woman who just NOW learns that US law does not apply outside her borders, should be giving ANY tips to ANYONE travelling abroad!

I tend to doubt it b/c I don't see this case getting that far. ALtho it would behoove Deepak to get her on record so that he can sue her at a later date.

It's a shame the scam ISTF website disappeared before the public could be warned about the mounds of iguana turds that litter certain foreign sidewalks.

If she wants to see iguana turds she should have a look at Guatamala and EL Salvador. They eat those suckers for breakfast!

Well, you cannot fault them. She did not stick close to them and should have if she wanted any protection. Natalee was naive and vulnerable. She was drinking and I think that is where her false sense of security came from.
Teenagers respond to hard liquor very fast and can get themselves into bad situations sometimes, especially girls. |
As any drunk teen will tell you, they are invincible. The false sense of security came from the alcohol NOT lack of people, cell phones or whatever other stupid excuse beth came up with. THE ALCOHOL spoke for Natalee and that was HER CHOICE. End of story.

Those iguana turds don't count because they aren't Aruban iguana turds.

oh excuse me, I forgot. Only the Aruban iguanas drop their turds in people's food. I can't imagine what beth had to deal with, I mean between dodging iguana turds and searching bars for her daughter.
