Baez told Geraldo the other night she's back in Florida.....

I don't really care where it is.
She will be watched and monitored.
And that sucks for Casey, she will have to follow the law.
If not, there are huge consequences for her, like going back to jail.

I can't wait to hear where they say skank is working. Are they going to admit she is working on a book and show the contract or are they going to say that she is working in one of the lawyer's offices?

You serve your probation in the jurisdiction where your were sentenced on the charges convicted on. She can make an application to the court to have her probation serviced in another jurisdiction if she intends to live elsewhere, which she probably will.

On probation, she must obtain permission from her probation officer every time she proposes to leave the jurisdiction. Her little jaunts on Macaluso's private jet may be curtailed for the next year as will excursions for partying in other jurisdictions. Too bad. So sad.

BTW there's no obligation in law or otherwise for her murder defence team to continue to safeguard or attend to her. I guess they're doing it because they can't let go of the face time in the media.

Yes, they did admit it was her.
Not only that they arranged for her to be photographed, and then they sold the pic's to TMZ.

Casey Anthony's latest probation report released

Anthony didn't use drugs or alcohol last month

Casey Anthony's latest probation report shows that she doesn't have a job, and she didn't use drugs or alcohol last month.

Anthony is currently serving probation for a check fraud conviction.

Her monthly probation report was released on Monday for January.

The Department of Corrections says that Anthony attended some kind of program last month. But according to the probation report, that could have either been a class, drug or alcohol therapy, mental health therapy or a self-improvement course.

The report also doesn't show where Anthony is living right now.

Anthony was found not guilty last year of murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in 2008.

Casey Anthony probation check-in: Still unemployed, no alcohol or drugs

Casey Anthony is still unemployed, is avoiding drugs and alcohol and isn't taking classes or participating in therapy, according to the report from her most-recent probation check-in.

Anthony met with her probation officer Tuesday night, according to the Florida Department of Corrections. The officer reported no changes to her probation status this month.

Contrary to past months, Anthony indicated on her latest probation report that she is not enrolled in either classes or therapy. She again reported no debt and no income in the past 30 days.

After a high-profile trial, Anthony was acquitted in July on all major charges in the death of her daughter, 2-year-old Caylee Marie. She is serving probation in an unrelated check-fraud conviction.

Anthony's address and the location of her meetings with her probation officer remain closely guarded secrets, due to concerns for her safety. No probation violations have been reported.
