Hi all. I know this is completely off topic, just was thinking that some of you might be interested. I heard that that they announced on the "Today Show" this morning, that Star Jones's husband filed for divorce. Did any of you see that? I am waiting for the "FOX News Alert."

For who? Star or her estranged hubby? IIRC -- someone had said her hubby went BOTH ways. AAHhh, the secrets of the rich and famous!

Star Jones has made a statement that this is NOT true.

Her husband is not filing for divorce, and she is looking into the "source" who started all these rumors, but she has a pretty good idea, who has stabbed her in the back.

I think it was just a publicity stunt, to get her name back in the news. I guess it was to try to garner "sympathy" for herself. Poor Star, Abc ditched her, now her husband leaving her....

She isn't having much luck, and her agent isn't either, trying to get her a new TV gig. What better way for the press to start talking about her again, than to put a bogus statement out there that AL is divorcing her.

I heard/read that Star hosts some kind of show on HGTV. Something about apartments in New York City I think.

Notice how everyone Star thinks everyone stabbed her in the back. Damn, first The View and now this.

Payless shoes, has now dropped Star Jones as their spokesperson.

Good god, the woman can catch a break.

Even her pow wow meeting with the CNN bosses hasn't garnered her a contract, either.

Ya don't piss off the GODDESS of power, Barbara Walters, and stay in that business.

Maybe CTV will hire her.....after all she will fit right in with the likes of Grace, Guilyfole, Crier and Bloom.

Hey maybe they can start a show, like THE VIEW, only it would be all female legal analysts, on CTV. The title: THE HARPIES.

Not sure if it is a regular show yet, a fill in for a short time, or any specifics on that.

But, I did see the show a few weeks ago ~ So, she has done one at least.
Haven't heard if it is going to continue or not, or, even when it was filmed.
