Joran van der Sloot solves age-old mathematical problem

After suspected P oincare now Riemann hypothesis for the ax

In his prison cell in Lima, Joran van der Sloot solved the Riemann hypothesis.

This mathematical problem in 1859 by German mathematician Bernard Riemann postulated in an article entitled Ueber that Anzahl der Primzahlen unter einer data legs Grösse.

Simply put, the hypothesis of Riemann that the real part of non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function equal to ½. The Riemann zeta function is defined as follows (s complex):

The Riemann hypothesis is one of the seven millennium problems of the Clay Mathematical Institute where the CMI for one million U.S. dollars is awarded for a correct solution.

Busloads of mathematicians have an (attempted) evidence occupied, so far without success.

January Sijtjesma, professor of complex analysis at the University of Amsterdam, is lyrical about Van der Sloot and his evidence:

"In a word: a brilliant performance. How he became a self-adjoint operator is able to construct an inner product with the required properties and bi-linear operator then able to couple a partition function on a finite abelian field ... I have deep respect for.

But then he knows the zeros of the partition function to translate through the so-called Möbius transformation eigenvalues of the self-adjoint operator at the beginning of my story! I got tears in my eyes when I read that.

He or charges of murder and trafficking in women, but if you darn Riemann hypothesis 5 pages crystalline know math to write, I iron on my heart, you're a big one.

Moreover, look at DSK: we're all sometimes a mistake?

" Van der Sloot said his brilliant evidence in a letter to Jaap Terror bosom friend.

Since Van der Sloot in June 2010 in a Peruvian cell is maintained Terror Jaap van der Sloot and a correspondence.

"It started with the usual intellectual gebbetjes: filosofietje here, God bewijsje there, but eventually we got on to serious work. Joran said that he was at the "shower" suddenly realized that probably every even number is the sum of two primes and if I could prove it. Well, after a weekend spent in the library have to prove I could do.

Then I asked Joran if he could prove that solutions of Lagrange functions are analytical. And so we went a step further. Until last week I suddenly found a letter on the mat.

After he returned from the other prisoners forced "soap to pick up" he got an idea about the holes in a plane with zero points, and ultimately his evidence led, "said Terror Jaap, which honors for Van der Sloot perceives as the Peruvian authorities forbid any contact.

Minister for Education Marja van Bijsterveld reacts enthusiastically to the news: "The countries are now in line for Joran.

They all want a genius serial killer in the house, but yes, he has a Dutch passport, so he's just ours. If necessary we pick him commands.

Jan Kees de Jager wants him at Christie's auction to the budget gap, but I think we have the expertise and knowledge of Joran should not be wasted and that he should start giving lectures.

Something many women, Introduction to Psychology Statistics something, he can probably his 'egg' into it.

Of course this article is satire but what's the connection with the chicken and the egg?

Too funny...but then I guess this IS the parody thread. Ok, if its really important...here's my reply. When I read the title of Beba's post Joran van der Sloot solves age-old mathematical problem I was quickly scanning posts. So I basically read it as "JVS solves age-old problem". Shoot me...the word mathematical didn't register. The age old question that came to mind was "Which came first...the chicken or the egg".

I suppose I should have added to my post that I "then" read the article and saw it was about a mathematical equation.

BT...actually many problems can be broken down to mathematical equations if you want to get specific. But I have to say...why be so serious on a parody thread? Do I need to go back now and make sure I've crossed my t's and dotted my i's.

FWIW, Linda - I'm pretty sure that it didn't start out in the parody thread .... 8)

Oh thanks Resigned. Thought I was sleep deprived thinking it didn't...lol. Started my last post by saying I didn't notice it was in the parody thread and then decided against it.
