It's getting really ridiculous. I'm curious what Judge Perry will do. At times, he was scratching his face, putting is fists up to lean his head in them. I think, he has a hard time staying awake.

In the meantime.... Mason is rambling on and on and on.....

It is beyond ridiculous can someone remind the judge that Mason's time is up..

Anybody remember Arlo Guthrie? He had Mason down pat:

"Kids, this-piece-of-paper's-got-47-words-37-sentences-58-words-we-wanna-
know-details-of-the-crime-time-of-the-crime-and-any-other-kind-of-thing-
you-gotta-say-pertaining-to-and-about-the-crime-I-want-to-know-arresting-
officer's-name-and-any-other-kind-of-thing-you-gotta-say", and talked for
forty-five minutes and nobody understood a word that he said"

They just showed a pic of the spectators, and they are looking at watches, closing eyes, yawning, scrunching in seats, etc.

It will be awesome!

I hope the jury is still able to take Linda's rebuttal in. It's been really a long day so far. And listening to those ramblers can take a toll, IMO.

Some of the people in the audience are looking at their watch, sitting really deep in their seats or hanging just in their seats.

It's also been awful long for the prosecution. Hope they still have some fire left in them.

Well, that too. In Alice's Restaurant that line is delivered in a yucked-up slurred ultra-hick accent. Kinda like Mason's.

Perfect!

I'm glad he's done.
Linda will wake the jury up.

I hope they just got a snack from the lunchlady.

"The prosecution can not take as much time for their rebuttal as they want" (according to a T/H).

Now it becomes crystal clear why Baez and Mason were rambling on and on and on ~ to take as much time away from the prosecution as possible!

This video frame grab provided by InSession TV shows assistant state attorney Jeff Ashton smiling at the presentation of defense attorney Jose Baez during the defense team's closing arguments in the Casey Anthony trial at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando, Fla. on Sunday, July 3, 2011. The trial was stopped when Baez yelled at Asthon during the presentation.

What do the TH's know?

HLN flashed on the screen that Ashton had to sit somewhere so that the jury could not see them..
BS.

A few pages back someone was Talking about George and Cindy not sitting together. Someone on my twittertimeline tweeted about that: supposedly she changed places with the lawyer because there was a tall man sitting in front of her blocking her view.

Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed! :laffit: :hearts:

I think it was a good decision that the judge cuts the jury loose for today.

It's been a very long day for everyone. And tomorrow morning, the jury and the prosecution will be fresh and all fired up.

Sorry, I made a typo. It should read "now" instead of "not":

Sounds good - please make sure the coffee is strong and plentiful! ;)

I wasn't going to bother getting up early to watch jury charging, but there is no way I'm gonna miss Linda's closer.

Awesome!

The jury and Linda will be rested and fresh, ready to listen.
Also now Linda has all evening to prepare for an awesome closing argument!

Then jury instructions and they are ready to go!

We might have a verdict at the end of the day.

JK.
I think it will take a couple of days...

I have no doubt she will be found guilty.
The defense's story made no sense what so ever.

Mr Baez is such a gentleman, he saved ashton's skin even though ashton behaves like a spoilt girl.

Linda took Jose one side and begged Jose to grant ashton leniency and save his skin and Jose gallantly granted Linda her desire and asked the Judge to spare ashton.

It is clear to see how Linda is taken with Jose.

Jose is such a gallant Gentleman.
