I thought Julia said that Joran aced his exam Monday morning. How
could he aced his exam if he was a sleep and at the police station

Well because Monday he went to school and aced his test, Monday night he went gambling, early Tuesday morning "those" people kept him up so he slept at school on Tuesday.

11:00 am: Paulus wakes Joran and says he has to go make a statement to polis. Paulus explains this to the headmaster (J 6/14)

11:15 am: Paulus and Joran leave his school and drive to polis station in Bubali. On the way Joran calls Deepak who tells him to stick to the HI story (J 6/14)

Where this thread started from. Or was his test Monday morning
and not Tuesday. Could Julia have ment that he had a test Monday morning and did ok and not Tuesday after the MB gang came?

He did do well on the exam, but I don't know what day... Good thing is, he pased the test during all this drama regardless of the day.

Didn't Beth state emphatically one night, that she had documents where it showed Joran stated in fact they took Natalee to his "apartment" and that the time was given was around 1:40 in the morning?

So where is that statement??

The only statement that comes close is that he had a plan—he wanted to go to the house to have sex or whatever, but—and they stopped in front of the house, but they did not leave the car. So they didn‘t go into the house. That‘s his statement.

And I think that maybe somewhere, somehow Beth saw the statement—it was translated, or she didn‘t get the statement completely the way it is. But I assure you this is the statement.

For possible clarification: Sunday was 6/29 that went to Monday 6/30.

Depending on who said what and what is "real" the girl went missing on Monday, May 30th, either in the early morning hours or that afternoon.

Monday, May 30: Joran went to school on the bus took an exam/test etc.

Monday, May 30: Posse arrives in Aruba 10PM, gets to HI at 11PM.

Tuesday, May 31: Early morning hours, 3AM or 1AM again depending on who one wants to believe, is the meeting at the vdS home that ends at the HI.

Tuesday, May 31: Joran rides the bus to school, asks to use the sick/sleep room since he hadn't been to bed, his father picks him up at school late AM and takes him to the Polis station to give a witness statement.

This is what he said:

On my question to Joran whether he can tell me what happened after the girl had fallen asleep on the beach near Fisherman's Hut, he answered:

“I called DEEPAK and he came with two dogs. I think he raped the girl and did something to her.”

To my question where the girl was buried then, he answered:
“I think that it was buried then next to the wall of the Fisherman's Hut, for the rest I would not know either.”

Interesting... Even though Natalee was certainly not buried by the fisherman's hut and it is widely agreed Satish picked up Joran, though not known, Joran probably felt pressured/compelled to say something and maybe just go home. I am sure she was just chatting over some tea and asked and he said, "Yes, m'adamme, I surely know what happened, and I mustn't keep it a secret any longer! Here is what took place!" If he DID in fact say this then oh well... He was probably under the impression Deepak had tried to pin it on him, rather than the shit he was being told about confessing. Either that or maybe he thought there was a possibility she was there since that is where he left her... Still, was pretty neat to read. This case is just a mess, I can't do anything but laugh or rant!
