In the event Natalee was forced to leave Aruba on the MedJet, maybe some drugs were administered, which ultimately caused Natalee's demise?
The MedJet's flight plan was to Puerto Rico. Mid-air, the heading was changed to Mexico.

i don't know about the arriving with no cash borrowing of cash, but i'll accept it as a given for a point of discussion.
perhaps they "borrowed" it rather than use their own money? i think that might fit in with the way they seem to do things.
Not only are you a bitch, you appear to be a liar as well. Please point out where I "state quite clearly that I follow" ANYONE here. IF there is anything I cannot stand, it is someone who twists facts.

DD, I've read that before. Do we know this is fact?
What is in Mexico? If Nat was on board the outbound Medjet, why start for Puerto Rico? I just don't get it.

Or maybe they came thinking they'd get Natalee immediately and wouldnt need much cash. Or maybe they needed it for gambling or something else while there.

In an early interview, Beth/Jug commented about the high cost of their stay. The immediate needs were basic toiletries and clothes. They had not expected the stay to be so lengthy. Why the could not use Natalee's toiletries, I don't know. It would make sense to need clean underwear and a toothbrush.
When Beth speaks of viewing the tapes, I always got the impression she was alone. Also, I had that impression of the time when Charles Croes was speaking to William for the better part of an hour. Why wasn't Jug talking to him? Maybe Jug hit the tables while Beth was 'investigating'?
Maybe they had money to gamble with, but not for Ransom?

if they were drinking for free, where did the 18k bar bill story come from?
FocusFactor wrote:*if* they found OD'd Natalee or alcohol-poisoned Natalee, could they collect on an insurance policy?
"Scam" has been mentioned in the same sentence with these folks before.
But none of the super-secret spycrap makes sense either. She was an 18 yr old kid.

Overactive imagination here...... I was intrigued by the insistance that Natalee got into a taxi. This is one of the lies FEB kept insisting on. She even corrected others who forgot to mention this. For minimal cost, a rider can be added to an insurance policy for accidental death.
For instance.....
$1,000,000 accidental death.
BUT to collect that amount, it must be in a paid carrier. Ship, airplane, taxicab, bus......
Any other accidental death pays $25,000.

Once I tried to break it down to see if 18K was an outrageous amount.
If there were 12 in the posse
If they each drank 5 drinks per day
If the drinks cost $10
and if they did that for a month...
It works.
