Rita, Rita, let me just add this, This guy Boeti wasn't overlooked by the police, he was interviewed early on and b/c of him they arrested the security guards, even though they knew those kids nver dropped off Natalee at the Holiday Inn.

"I couldn't approach her . . . " and "Everybody wants to know where she's buried. You won't get that answer."

To me he sounds not crazy at all; concerning the daily substance abuse-
IMO it depends on the drugs he favors whether he is trustworthy or not-
if he's just a pothead:weed:, I'd presume his observations true.
