I wondered that too. I think it is probably the original in paperwork with nothing added, but haven't found anything definite on that...

You are probably right as the page size of a Paperback is considerably smaller than her hardcover. Although from the scans that I saw, the FONT looked extra large, you'd think at regular size it would fit in half the size.

Yeah, I've never even thought about whether the number of pages are normally the same for hardback and paperback editions.
